Prayer: Dear Michael, I thank you for everything. Your message of today again sheds new light on my practicing the fruits of the spirit, and that it is you, who sends the life-giving sap to the branches, so the branches can bear fruit. This brings a greater realization to my mind. I am depending on your life-giving sap. Please help me to become more aware of your flow in me.

Dear child, another block has been removed from your thought-processes. How great a blessing your regular study is becoming to you! Blessings are everywhere to be found. It all depends on the fertility of the ground.

Blessings are like seeds, they will germinate over time wherever and whenever a mortal is ready to receive. You have read such passages so often over the years.

Through your studies and by practicing the fruits of the spirit, the realization has dawned that it is I, your Friend, who is indeed the sap in the branches.

Go forth in new power and strength and you shall become a clear channel through which my sap will flow.

Mindfulness, present-centered awareness and focus, drive the thought-processes forward. You picked up on that in your meditation yesterday.

From the receiver: Yesterday, the thought came that our thought-processes can and do hold us back. Mindfulness is sorely needed. Joy and harmony will follow. Check that ‘team of wild horses, running rampant in your head.’ Rein them in, and control them.
