Ophelius: “Good morning dear one, it is I, Ophelius, and the message today is about healing. More specifically about prayers for healing. There are many ways to ask for healing prayer, but many of you humans are so disorganized in your thoughts that you lose focus on the target, and you are too often more concerned about what words to use that you disarm the potency of the prayer. Since you were made in the image of the Creator, so too are you co-creators with Him, and he has given you the ability to imagine in your mind anything that your heart desires. You will use this imagining as a backdrop or a picture narrative as you pray. First and foremost, you must learn to clear your mind of all things and let a feeling of peace pervade your being. This is just as an artist who starts with a blank canvas before he paints his masterpiece. Then you must elevate the vibration of your thoughts and connect to the circuits of the Father—how you do this is personal in nature, and you may use any means that is effective for you, be it through the presence of your Divine Parents or to the Father Himself.
“You then bring to mind the sick individual and paint a picture of this person in your mind. If the person you are praying for is not personally known to you, picture the chain of relationships that lead to this person. Once they are the focus of your mind, let the feeling of love, and the vibrations of love, pour over the image of this person, and let these feeling elevate your spirit as well. While in this state of love, ask God for the healing of this person, and you can be as detailed and specific as you wish, but also ask that it be done according to His Will. You may also at this time use your co-creative powers to imagine sending healing light to target a specific area, or to bathe the entire body in light. You may also picture celestials surrounding this person, and administering the healing. Be creative, be willing, for there is no wrong way to heal, but your sincerity and focus is paramount.
“Once you leave the vision and let go the connection, you must be absolutely confident that healing will be done according to the Father's Will and you will end with saying something like, “And so it is,” or some other affirmation.
“None of what I have just spoken of is to be used as a mechanical guide line, or to replace an effective method used by others. The intent is to provide a basic method for those that are unsure how to pray for the sick. You may use this, and modify it as you wish. In spirit we are all aspects of the Creator, for we are one, and when we direct our love energy to heal a sick brother or sister, think of it as if we are caring for a wound on our own body. It is through this empathy of oneness that we are most effective.
“As you go about your day, think kindly of the one in need, often, and keep an open connection to this person. They will sense this love feeling in their spirit and it will help them heal themselves.
“Good day, “The Circle of Seven.”
