Petitioner: Father, is it within your will for the Finaliters to return?

Father: Yes, that is entirely within my desire. The Celestial Commissioners were in attendance at your reunion and have been waiting in silent anticipation for this opportunity to speak. Know that they have traveled far to share with you and connect with you once again. All five original commissioners are present and say that they have been eagerly awaiting this opportunity to address you and extend their greetings to the corps. The two recorders originally assigned to the commissioners have changed being replaced with other seraphic recorders available to serve at this time.

Finaliter #2: steps forward. His love and wisdom is palpable; almost tender. He addresses us saying: We are honored to have been invited to return to meet with you, our younger brothers and sisters, once again. Although the journey from Paradise is far, nothing could keep us from returning at your request. Further, know that we will gladly return again at some time in the future if you petition us to come and create a space and venue for us to communicate with you.

We bring greetings from your Michael and the Paradise Father. First, to each of you who attended the reunion at Wakulla Springs to follow up on the commissioning you received in the tent at San Blas a decade ago, we wish to say “Well done!”. For ten years you have faithfully pursued your efforts to fulfill your commissions and be about the Father’s business. More has been accomplished than you realize. Please know that every one of your efforts is noted and appreciated on high. We also wish to extend a warm greeting to those who came to the gathering in Wakulla but had not previously been associated with the Commissioned Corps. Welcome! The overall consciousness of the work of the group slowly begins to emerge and will grow in clarity over time. We are grateful indeed for your efforts on behalf of Michael’s plans and wish you to know that his plans for the restoration/rehabilitation of your world can never come to fruition without the committed assistance of faith-filled agondonters like yourself. I speak for all my fellow commissioners when I invite you to share your questions now.

Petitioner: Thank you honored visitors, elder brothers and sisters, for responding so faithfully to our request for your presence. Many of us hoped that you might be present to speak to the entire group at Wakulla. This did not happen. Why?

Finaliter #2: The distance between our spirit existence and your material world is great. We can only bridge that gap when you mortals open a space in your hearts and minds to hear from us and specifically invite us to speak with you. Every minute was filled in the busy agenda of your conference and no specific space was created for us to address you so we have waited until now to connect with you. Further, we expected ahead of time that this might occur, thus we are not dismayed but fully content to address the group in this manner now. We prefer that our visitations and communications be relayed to the Commissioned Corps through a variety of corps members. It is our hope that the number of those willing to be contacted will grow over time, as this will create a sense of balance in your group and prevent any one individual from being placed in the undesirable position of being the sole messenger. Also, as the number of individuals we can contact grows, so will our capacity to convey more diverse concepts in our communications. We are deeply appreciative of the efforts of those who transmitted our messages in the past, and simply choose to contact the group though a different venue now.

Petitioner: What advice do you have for the Commissioned Corps/group?

Finaliter #1: I encourage you to continue to increase your capacities to go within and connect with your thought adjusters. Use the approaches taught at the reunion, or any other method which works well for you. Your thought adjusters will lead you flawlessly through the troubled times ahead as well as assist you in the task of this group, to assist in the reconstruction of a New Dalmatia

Petitioner: This term, ‘New Dalmatia ’ suggests that we are commissioned to re-create a planetary headquarters. Is this correct?

Elder Finaliter #2: Yes, that is correct. A single site will serve as both a new Garden and a planetary headquarters and the amalgamation of both centers is entirely consistent with the usual course of events on normal worlds as they prepare to enter light and life.

Petitioner: In your visit ten years ago you exhorted us to be prepared; to not neglect our preparedness. Can you speak to that now?

Finaliter #2: Your world is teetering on the edge of global catastrophe. Radiation seeps into your oceans and pollution fills your skies. The species on your planet are rapidly becoming extinct. This fate may extend to homo sapiens as well if dramatic changes to sustainable patterns of living are not implemented soon. When we spoke of preparedness, we referred to the process of asking your Father Fragment what you can do both individually and collectively to prepare for hard times ahead. The efforts you put forth to build a new Dalmatia are an important means of preparing. Please consider that the new Dalmatia must be an environmentally sustainable center which can be self sustaining in a period of much global chaos.

Petitioner: How are each of us to know what we are commissioned to do?

Finaliter #2: Each must determine their own path and task by looking within to their Father fragment for guidance. Your thought adjuster carries the plans for your participation in the Commissioned Corps and can lead you to the answers each individual seeks. If you do not see the full path before you do not dismay but instead place your full trust in the ability of your mystery monitor to lead you even though he may reveal the path to you one step at a time. Commit to taking each step as it appears before you and you will ultimately find yourself at the perfect place at the perfect time. Know too, that the midwayers and seraphim stand ready to help you with the tasks you are commissioned to do. Indeed, they clamor for the opportunity to work with mortals who will pick up the work of their commissioning and step out to be about the Father’s business. We encourage you to learn to work with them more consistently and draw upon their assistance when helpful. Contact them by whatever means you are most comfortable with and call upon them often. The assistance you require surrounds you albeit in an invisible form. Even the archangels stand ready to help you in any way they can. Nothing, I repeat nothing necessary to the completion of your tasks will be denied you. The more you grow in the experience of working with other beings in the spiritual realm eager to assist you, the more efficiently you will be able to accomplish your goals.

Petitioner: Can we contact you at any time?

Finaliter # 2: No. It is best if you rely on your thought adjuster for day to day guidance in your task, however, we will be contactable over the next ten days and strongly encourage others in the Commissioned Corps to seek us out. Share relevant communications with the group. By doing so, we can reply to questions that are specific to your individual commissioning as well as questions that apply to the wider group. We hope you will communicate general information with each other. Although we only intend to remain on your world for the next ten days, we will gladly return to speak with the group again at another time, or to deal with specific questions as they arise. We strongly support the suggestion made this last weekend of more frequent reunions. You, the members of the Commissioned Corps, are mandated with difficult and challenging work. We heartily applaud the process of the group this past weekend and find the approach of prayerful support for one another in your commissions to be invaluable. Please continue to gather periodically in the future that you may continue to support each other and grow in your collective consciousness of the task put before you.

Petitioner: This last weekend we were only twenty one in number, and some of those individuals were not present ten years ago and never received a formal commission. Originally we numbered thirty six, but now some of us have passed on to the mansion worlds or lost interest in and/or faith in the project. Will our numbers continue to diminish?

Finaliter #4: On the contrary, you should expect that your numbers will increase over time. Some who received a formal commissioning will never act on it. Others who were not in the tent a decade ago have already perceived their personal tasks and have begun their work without the benefit of a formal commissioning ceremony. We implore you to keep the doors of your gatherings and corps open. Expect flux. Some will come and some will go, but anyone who sincerely wishes to be about the Father’s business and desires to assist in preparing a New Dalmatia should be granted admittance if they so request.

Petitioner: Does this mean that the work of the Commissioned Corps is the building of a New Dalmatia ?

Finaliter #4: That and more. Any activity which consciously prepares for the arrival of a new planetary staff and the reestablishment of a new Dalmatia constitutes the work of this Commissioned Corps. Let your boundaries be fluid as many tasks may be relevant, even essential to our unfolding plans that are not immediately recognizable as part of our preparations.

Finaliter #3: It is a joy to see you again my earthly children. Please continue to grow in your capacity to work harmoniously together. We are delighted with the progress that has been made on this front. As you know, it is part of the ascension plan for each individual to begin to learn how to work well with entirely different types of beings. The Luciferian legacy that causes disruptions and disagreements between mortals remains the single biggest obstacle to the accomplishment of your task. Do not hesitate to turn to Father in prayer together every time discord becomes a problem. Within the peace of the Father’s heart there is no room for anger and He will lead you into fruitful and loving relationships with each other. Do not discount the power of prayer to promote healing and restore harmony to the most contentious and difficult situations.

Finaliter #5: Like my colleagues, I have eagerly anticipated the opportunity to speak with the Commissioned Corps again. May I share my concerns with you? As you undertake your preparations for the New Dalmatia, know that it is essential that you create a center which can be embraced by a wide variety of believers. New Dalmatia is not just a planetary headquarters for Urantia Book readers, but rather a planetary headquarters for your world. We strongly encourage you to carefully plan a presentation about New Dalmatia to take to the next Parliament of World Religions in 2014 as this is the venue most likely to be receptive. In the midst of global tribulations the broadcasts that stream forth from New Dalmatia will need to be heard, must be heard by people around the world. Thus, in planning for the public presentation of your project, please call upon your wisest members to help in the formulation of language and concepts that can be embraced by a wide variety of faith traditions and religionists.

Creating a test group of individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to the development of global spiritual community may help avoid a number of pitfalls and increase the universal appeal of your message. Consider consulting the members of the Peace Next spiritual communities list which was begun at the last Parliament. In this way you can gain from the ideas and experiences of other groups as well as engage them early on in the development of New Dalmatia.

In closing, we ask that you share this communication with the others who were present at your gathering. And ask them to attempt to connect with us themselves to verify and expand your message.
