Friends, it is I, Daniel, glad to be here with you this evening. I am more than happy to take up the task of providing communication with you, our beloved friends whose dedication has been witnessed over these many years. I know sometimes some of you place preference on certain identities, whether subconsciously or not, and the message sometimes gets taken more deeply depending on who it is talking to you, for if it is our Creator or Machiventa or some other high universe personality there can be a tendency to place greater emphasis and attention to the words and meanings being expressed. I share this because I think you know consciously that the communication, and the identities associated with it, is solid, not based upon who it is speaking to you, but what is actually being said.

I smiled today when our dear friend Machiventa gave me these words to share with you, saying that it might be received differently if it were not him sharing the words. This is not an admonishment, even as it could be - you decide. But more so, it is a reference to the importance of being attuned to the spiritual frequencies and the communication coming therefrom rather than beginning a sort of curiosity laden excitement about where the communication is coming from. For often, as we have stated, this eventual message we share with you is the result of a sort of mixing of ideas in our discussions with each other. We draw straws, so to speak, to see who gets to share the words, but instead of hoping to get the longest straw, we all hope to get the shortest straw, for we do love this process of engaging with fledgling spirits who are opening their senses to connect with the universe, to connect with a higher reality. It is thrilling to us.

I have spent many years in this mission, both known to you and in some efforts not known to you. I look here and see those who have participated in my individual grouping and I know we have imprinted with each other, such that when we meet on Mansonia there will be some glorious greetings to be had. But it is in your seeking and desire to know the truth that this process is activated and holds the greater degree of understanding and awareness potential.

So we encourage you each to recognize the process of engaging with spirit, whether it is conscious or not. That willingness opens the very doors you seek and there are various levels of spiritual participation responding to your desires. Even as humans, though it may be difficult to perceive your thought adjuster directly, that presence is tirelessly working with you and some of the difficulty is its ever present nature, for many of you have had dialogues with your Indwelling Spirit unaware, considering it to be an internal process - which it is - but it is shared. And your trust that this is so is your faith, is your acceptance, and we can see you each at various degrees developing deeper and deeper connections. You many not be going up in a cloud of smoke any time soon because of your connection with the brilliance in such a manner as to warrant fusion, but you are increasingly perceiving the responsive nature to your thoughts, to your questions, to your worries and fears.

Trust in this process. Trust in the messages that speak of truth, beauty and goodness. Know that we are your brothers and sisters and love attention, love to know that we are known and that you are known to us, but our identities are not the point of the process, but simply a reality that shows that there is a participatory nature throughout the universe, not simply an isolated connection between you and God where none of God's creation can participate. This sort of perspective is a sort of folly that keeps people locked in a sort of primitive state of thinking they are in a vacuum, in a tunnel, when in reality when you recognize the true nature of the cosmic brother and sisterhood, it opens all the channels and makes everything possible.

So as you communicate within, be open. As you communicate with others, remember to tell them the good news about brother and sisterhood, about the inner spirit, about your relationship. Many would love to be aware of the inclusive nature of spiritual reality throughout the universes and move away from the cloaked elements of your religious institutions that demand gathering enlightenment through only certain channels rather than a sort of free flowing reality that is expanding as you turn within each day and open yourself to all that is possible. Be sane about it. Check yourself from time to time. Have friends around you that can help you to perceive when an idea may not be quite as meritorious as another, but the call is to explore, is to expand and is to open and recognize your relationship.

Thank you for this opportunity to share a few words this evening, my friends. I am present for questions but we certainly have other attendants as well.

Q1: I wanted to say how glad I am that you are here tonight. I was just wondering what you and Abraham are up to these days. It is so good to hear you and hear from you. 27 years now we've been sharing with each other. So thank you.

Daniel: Yes, we are aware when you think of us and pose the question of what we are up to and hopefully this response encourages you to know we are available. My love to you also.

Q2: Daniel, I hear faith is this and faith is that, but can you speak on the function of faith in the cosmic arena?

Daniel: Friend yes, thank you. Outside of the time space worlds, faith is less a tool, for most created beings are aware directly of their Creator and their function and purpose. The relationship tying all things together, just is. And even though not all know the absolute sources of infinity at the center of all things - the Universal Father, the Eternal Son and the Infinite Spirit - reflected throughout the universes, emanating from these Sources, are so many examples of their presence that it is not difficult to discern their source. From this, a sort of inherent awareness comes from within each creature, knowing their connection to the purpose and the plans.

As you come into the time and space worlds there is an evolution of the awareness of purpose, of the awareness of the connection and yet even on most normal worlds there are still representatives of those very Sources of infinity present and guiding things along and providing example and direction and connection. So faith here is exercised in one's blossoming development, unfolding toward participating in the plan, a sort of assured feeling, knowing that what these representatives say must be true because they are reflecting truth, beauty and goodness and for the children, even their material parents are reflecting truth, beauty and goodness. So faith is a function here to simply serve as a sort of energetic feeling, a sort of gravitational pull towards the flow of truth, beauty and goodness, towards the desire to manifest one's talents toward the benefit of all.

You, my friends, both fortunately and unfortunately, in some regards, have the greatest opportunity to exercise faith, for you have been presented with gaps in the connection, in the awareness, in the plan, and in the representatives. Many a universal tear has been shed witnessing this for the first time, not understanding how challenging it is and how challenged you are. And yet, you each provide affirmation to us that God exists at the very center of all things, because out of this sort of unawareness, this darkness you might call it, you are exercising this same energy that leads to the gravitational pull that we all have been aware of by a normal upbringing. So while you might find cause to question the plans of the universe, to question God, to question spiritual reality, you are as much the very evidence of it existing to us as is our awareness of the plan and the processes ongoing, for faith is functioning as you take a step when you do not know what it is you are stepping on, when you cannot see where you are stepping to and yet are desiring it so immensely. Because of these steps, you have glimpsed possibilities and potentials

And yet, you still question sometimes. It is natural. It is a difficult landscape. Things do not always work out as they should. Decisions often do not get made as they should if beings here were functioning with a healthy sense and awareness of truth. But despite these pauses, you continue. You gather yourself up and pursue and try to understand something deeper, to know more than you did previously and then try to implement it and even share it with others so they might gather a sense of this for themselves. In some sense, you are trying to emulate the universal pattern even as you live in a broken world, with broken patterns. You can't stop because it is within you and this recognition, this continuance, is evidence of the function of faith here on Urantia, on the other isolated worlds and throughout the universes of time and space.

Q2: More than adequately. Thank you.

Q3: So what does it look like from there? I can see what you're saying. Are we like broken flowers? Stunted? What does it look like? You say the pattern impresses itself out through us and we follow it. We try to follow it. So what does it look like from there? How do you recognize that?

Daniel: Picture in your mind a dance floor with strobe lights and how it looks if someone walks across the floor with the lights flashing on and off where one moment they are lit up and then they are dark and then lit up again and so on. This might give you some sense of how we can view your efforts, for even though there are gaps and there are dysfunctions, your inherent desire is to gain that connection and express it. So you do not stop, you do not give up. You might spend what you would consider an interminable amount of time going down a path that is unfruitful only to come to that realization and yet choose to go a different route rather than to sit down and give up. You choose to turn toward the light, to accept where you have not been functional and to ask for some direction and then to begin to follow that direction to the best of your ability - yes, with all of its broken pieces and parts - but each time you do this some of those parts get aligned, fall into place.

Q3: Reminds me of that bumper sticker that says keep making new mistakes.

Daniel: Yes. I would say not for the purpose of making mistakes, but to live knowing that mistakes will be made. But if your desire is to be true or to know truth, beauty and goodness, then those mistakes will help shape you, will point away from something toward something else. The knowledge that it is okay not to be perfect yet is a very powerful understanding as long as your desire ultimately, internally, is to find perfection. And that is the universal relationship: you and your adjuster, in the soul.

Q4: From personal experience, I've heard it said that the first thing one needs to do to learn how to draw is to make your first ten thousand mistakes.

Q5: That's right. That's what we tell all the kids.

Daniel: And that is what we call, proverbially, "sharpening the pencil."

Q5: Nice!

Q6: So when we do get connected with this strobe light thing, you know, being connected or being in a quiet time, you're lit up, you're connected, and then you're not for a while. You forget and you make a new commitment. You go back; you realign; you get connected again. I mean, does it happen like that on a world that's a normal planet where people go on and off and finally get connected?

Daniel: There is variance on a normal world. There is error and sin, and yet the guideposts and examples are still present. So how this gets witnessed and the process by which one refines their perspective, is quite different.

Q7: Are there atheists on a world where you see transports come and go and you can go visit their Garden of Eden?

Daniel: No. It is exceedingly difficult to deny that there is a higher reality when you are witness to its presence in the daily life, and yet there are those still who might not choose to pursue the eternal career. But this is far less common and done because of some disconnection from the drawing power of spirit, instead choosing to expend one's energy not pursuing spiritual reality. But again, this is far less common.

Q8: I think of the Mansion Worlds as sort of rehab centers, so if you didn't choose it on this world, there will be lots of examples and encouragement and education when you get there.

Daniel: Yes, your degree of mercy and the latitude provided to you is directly related to your situation. Urantians and other planets that are similar have a great degree of latitude and mercy, for there are these major gaps in the process, in the awareness, in the connection with universal reality for an extended period of time.

Q8: Thank you Daniel.

Daniel: Understand that many you might deem to be unworthy will find themselves next to you in the kingdom at some point in time when they are given a sufficient degree of nurturance and support and guidance. This is not a universe of punishment, of getting back at those perceived harms that have happened previously, but rather an encouraging universe that beckons everyone forth. As you move through your mansonia experience, you will increasingly be witness to those more normal ways and patterns and these will serve as an alluring factor in your decisions to choose to move forward and, ultimately, it is your attraction to truth, beauty and goodness that will determine your survival capability, not those flaws that have stood in the way of this attraction.

I will take this moment to thank you for your queries my friends. It has been a pleasure to communicate with you and we always look forward, each of us, to having the opportunity to share. I thank Machiventa for this opportunity this evening and for providing me the outline.

Recognize, each of you, that you may be these "broken flowers" in your own perception, but in the strobe light, in the dancing across the floor, we see where you are going and we know what these broken flowers can turn into and what they will turn into because of that drawing power you feel and your desire to pursue it. So continue on, do your best each day, center yourself in the light and let us love one another together, for each other and for all. Thank you.
