All minds, human and animal, are contributing to the sum total of planetary conscious quality. What does this mean? Planetary conscious quality is the measure of light in mass consciousness as it pertains to the entire population of mind (both human and animal). This is an important measure because it signals to the celestial administration to enact certain dispensational allowances and changes in planetary policy to service and nurture consciousness to achieve its collective evolutionary equilibrium. Your planet has achieved 95% of its planetary progress for the current dispensation and is soon to expand beyond its parameters. Plans are underway to facilitate this expansion, but until the remaining 5% is achieved, it can sometimes feel like “banging your head against a wall” because your collective consciousness has reached and nearly exhausted its potential as defined by that dispensation and its rules of engagement.

This is a time of great anxiety for many as the inner knowing that something looming large is on the horizon just outside of the grasp of human awareness, and it knocks on the door of the soul. Those that are sensitive and in greater contact with their Thought Adjusters are feeling this coming change. The reflection in the outer world is that of social and political unrest. Souls are already searching for this new way to “be” but are not satisfied with what the outer world is providing. What they are really looking for is to have the blinders removed—to know a greater truth and to see it manifest in the world. The stifling of mind-evolution by the architects of the rebellion and all those that abide in its deception can no longer contain the desire of souls that inhabit the planet.

This exhaustion of potentials signals a change in support, and in this case, it is a major overhaul of how consciousness operates on the planet. All the damage to the circuits that have been done during the rebellion are being restored, finalized, and brought back on-line providing headroom for this expansion of consciousness. Rebel domains are shrinking, contained, and are being dismantled, piece by piece. The Borderland economy is markedly changed and ready for this new dispensation. All things are being put in order according to our Sovereign, Christ Michael. When order is restored and the new circuits are synchronized, something astounding and wonderful will happen in soul-consciousness—a light will come on, and it will provide a path for greater contact with the Thought Adjuster (TA). The darkness of the rebellion mind will no longer obscure the leading of the TA. The Day of Solace (absence of rebel mind) shall dawn and so shall the peace that comes with that event.

The distributive nature of the quality of consciousness comes from every corner of the planet and contributes to the “upliftment” in every creature consciousness great and small. Your prophet of old saw the lion lay down with the lamb. This is the evolution in consciousness that shall sweep across the planet effecting all minds. If the lion can lay with the lamb, then certainly the nations of the world can achieve lasting peace. With a new light in mind, the leading of the TA becomes the catalyst for peace and prosperity everywhere. It is inconceivable to most, yet it shall come upon you suddenly.

The final 5% will be most challenging, but will provide the critical mass needed to move through the eye of the needle and into the new dispensation. Many souls will not participate in the final 5% and have an agreement with their TAs to leave the planet. 43% (3.5 billion) of souls on your world will choose to exit before the new era begins. When you see these astonishing things come to pass, fear not and rejoice that a new era is dawning, and when the storm clears, the light in consciousness shall bring new hope.
