The Denver TeaM began officially in early February, 2003 with Daniel Raphael as TR for the first 14 sessions and then Jo Ann and Mary Jo continuing from #14-21. The group disbanded, June 17, 2004 when Jo Ann moved to Pueblo, CO where she and Daniel started the S. Colorado TeaM. (aka SOCO).
